PRIVATE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
Study & Stay is a provider of private student accommodation in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. Our Maree Street hostel in Kempenville, Bellville has 48 beds in a mix of single and shared rooms. Our Durban Road hostel will open in mid 2025, offering 28 beds in a mix of single and shared rooms. Both hostels have live-in superintendents, offer high speed wifi, laundries and state of the art security systems.
The hostels are ideally located for students studying at the Eduvos or Stadio Belville campuses (we offer a daily shuttle service to both institutions).
Study & Stay is not NSFAS accredited so we cannot, at this time, support applications from NSFAS students.
