DURBAN ROAD
Our Durban Road hostel which is adjacent to Tygervalley and less than 1km from the Eduvos campus, will open in mid 2025.
The property offers accommodation for 28 students in well-designed shared rooms, with one floor of the hostel designated for men and another for women with a security gate separating the two floors.
A live-in "Koshuis tannie" oversees the hostel round-the-clock, supported by a team of cleaners. To enhance your peace of mind, we have implemented advanced security measures, including a state-of-the-art security system, electric fencing, and a comprehensive fire detection system.
The hostel has all the essential furniture, including TVs with DStv, to guarantee a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A battery backup system will keep the lights on during load shedding. Super fast fibre will keep you connected while a laundry facility takes care of your laundry needs. We also offer a bus shuttle service for hassle-free transportation to the Eduvos campus.

Welcome to Tygervalley, a bustling area in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. The Tygervalley shopping centre and the Eduvos campus are a short stroll away, while students can also take advantage of our shuttle service to get to Eduvos or Stadio.
With a McDonalds and a Spar just across the road, Study & Stay Durban Road could not be more conveniently located.

We go to exceptional lengths to make your stay at our hostels as enjoyable as possible. Our convenient shuttle service ensures seamless transportation to and from Eduvos and Stadio, making your daily commute a breeze. We also have limited parking available, so please enquire about this if you anticipate taking your own vehicle to Study & Stay.
Your safety and security are critical which is why we have a comprehensive camera and fire detection system installed throughout the premises. Additionally, our onsite laundry facility, equipped with the convenience of Zapper, takes care of your laundry needs with ease.
